Part-Time Receptionist - Warrington
My client is currently seeking a friendly and professional Part-Time Receptionist to join the team in Warrington. This role is ideal for someone with excellent interpersonal skills and a flexible approach to working hours.

Week 1 will be 2-4 days. Week 2 will be 4 days, including Saturday and Sunday(8am-2.30pm and 2.15
-8pm must be available to do all the shift times.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcoming visitors and clients with a warm, approachable manner
• Handling incoming calls with professionalism and clarity
• Performing general administrative tasks including data entry and filing
• Using Microsoft Excel for basic reporting and record-keeping
• Supporting the wider team with ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

• Excellent people and telephone skills
• Confident using Microsoft Excel and general office software
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A positive, approachable personality and a team-oriented attitude
