Due to continued growth, we are seeking to employ a Commercial Administrator. The successful applicant will be joining an established team who consistently strive to deliver a better service to the United Infrastructure Energy Commercial Team.

• Support in both consolidating reviewing and processing timesheets in relation to direct and indirect operatives.
• Ensure that all timesheets are processed in line with the stipulated timeframe.
• Competent use of company and other cost systems.
• Maintain and continuously improve commercial / financial awareness.
• Assist in preparation of monthly valuations.
• Support in the preparation of monthly CVRs.
• File and distribute documents as required.

• Good GCSEs or higher level qualifications.
• Computer literate with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Teams and Word skills to an intermediate level and keen to extend knowledge on software packages.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics or similar software (Oracle / SAP etc.).
• Numerate to high standard.
• Able to produce work accurately and to tight deadlines.
