Overview

Specialty Sales (Style, Tech, Beauty, Ulta Beauty) (T1903) role  Starting Hourly Rate is $17.00 per hour. The Pay Range is $17.00 - $25.50 per hour. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis.

• Drive sales and deliver a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, inspirational and promotional signing, and staying knowledgeable on assortment and brand offerings to assist the guest as needed.
• Leverage store tools to understand sales, inventory ownership, and use to solve and support guest needs.
• Sort truck freight, push freight to the salesfloor, and locate merchandise in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and visual merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability and a full floor by executing priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity to create a guest-ready floor.
• Execute and maintain backroom organization, including locating merchandise to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as they sell through using remerchandising best practices to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes by executing clearance merchandising best practices, including signing execution.
• Maintain and use the fitting rooms as an opportunity to welcome, inspire, and help guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by ensuring merchandise from the fitting room and guest service are worked back out to the salesfloor throughout the day.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety and compliance; work in a safe manner and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU) and Drive-up (DU) and maintain a compliance culture while executing those duties, including compliance with adult beverage laws where applicable.
• Create a welcoming experience by greeting guests and assisting with daily tasks; engage with guests to solve their needs; thank guests for shopping at Target.

• Ability to communicate effectively, operate handheld scanners and technology equipment as directed; work independently or with a team; resolve guest questions quickly.
• Capable of remaining focused and composed in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Climb ladders; frequently lift or move merchandise up to 15 pounds and occasionally up to 44 pounds with assistance.
• Flexible work schedule with reliable attendance; ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions depending on duties.
• Ability to stay mobile for the duration of a scheduled shift.
