Position SummaryWe’re seeking a detail‑oriented and motivated Data Entry & Quality Control Specialist to join our Data Governance team in Lisle, IL. In this role, you’ll play a vital part in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of partner data that drives fire safety compliance across the nation. You’ll enter and validate data, research trends, and identify process improvements while collaborating with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities- Review, enter, and maintain data to ensure real‑time accuracy and completeness
- Research data trends and identify weaknesses or gaps for remediation
- Communicate with third‑party inspection companies and partners
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and enhance data quality
- Report and manage data accuracy or security risks within assigned areasi>
- Provide recommendations for process and system improvements
- 1+ year in data entry, records management, or data governance (preferred)
- Skills: Strong attention to detail, time management, and analytical thinking
- Tech‑Savvy: Proficient with Microsoft Excel; experience with electronic record systems a plus
- Knowledge: Familiarity with fire safety systems or NFPA codes (preferred)
- Traits: Dependable, self‑motivated, adaptable, and committed to accuracy and improvement
- Education: Degree or certification in Data Entry, Data Management, or related field (preferred)
