We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Data Quality Analyst to join our fast‑paced team in Lisle, IL. In this role, you’ll ensure the accuracy and integrity of partner data, conduct research to support Prevention Bureaus, and provide recommendations that improve processes and system performance. You’ll serve as both a data expert and a problem solver—helping our partners make informed, confident decisions that enhance community safety.

• Validate, review, and maintain accurate contract and compliance data.

• Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and support system optimization.

• Conduct research using verified third‑party sources (Google, GIS, County Assessor, State Corporation portals).

• Serve as a subject matter expert in Data Entry, Data Quality, and Risk Management.

• Communicate effectively with Prevention Bureaus and inspection companies.

• Monitor and report risks, including information security and data integrity issues.

• Collaborate cross‑functionally while maintaining the ability to work independently.

• Experience: 4+ years in data entry, management, or client onboarding preferred.
• Background: Familiarity with fire safety systems and NFPA codes is a plus.
• Skills: Excellent research, organization, and problem‑solving abilities; strong attention to detail.
• Technical: Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; experience with CRM or data systems preferred.
• Traits: Analytical, self‑motivated, collaborative, and committed to accuracy and improvement.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
