Cardiac Device Technician; Onsite

This role involves performing and documenting remote checks for pacemakers, ICDs (defibrillators), and loop recorders. Responsibilities also include managing Holter monitor processing and communication across all MCI clinics.
This is an onsite role

• High school diploma
• NCET certification within one year of hire
• Strong knowledge of EKG rhythms

• Review and upload hospital implant/post-op records into OMS
• Manage patients in MURJ and on multi-vendor device platforms
• Schedule and bill for remote device appointments
• Respond to implant device inquiries from MCI clinics
• Recognize cardiac rhythms and arrhythmias (e.g., A-fib, ERI alerts)

• Process Holter monitor studies across MCI locations
• Confirm physician review of monitor results
