* What you will do:

*** Collect, analyze, and interpret healthcare data to provide insights and recommendations to senior management and clinical teams.
* Develop and maintain complex reports, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to hospital operations, financial performance, and patient outcomes.
* Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement in patient care, cost reduction, and revenue enhancement.
* Assist in the development of data-driven strategies and provide decision support for projects and initiatives.
* Build and maintain predictive models to forecast patient volumes, resource utilization, and financial performance.
* Conduct scenario analyses to assess the impact of various decisions on the hospital's operations and financial stability.
* Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA).
* Implement data governance practices and contribute to data quality improvement initiatives.
* Utilize advanced analytics tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) to extract, transform, and visualize data.
* Stay current with industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, clinical, and administrative staff, to develop and implement data-driven solutions.
* Mentor and provide guidance to junior analysts as needed.
* Prepare clear and concise documentation of analysis methodologies, findings, and recommendations.
* Present insights and reports to senior leadership and department heads in a manner that is easy to understand.

Bachelor’s Degree required;
Master’s Degree preferred

* Experience:

5+ years’ Experience in healthcare data analysis and decision support, preferably in a hospital setting.

Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus.
