Job DescriptionIf you are interested in launching a career in an exciting industry, the Corporate Estimating and Pricing Development Program is an outstanding opportunity! The Estimating / Pricing Associate Development Program is a great way to accelerate your career while helping organizations worldwide communicate more effectively with their customers.
During our two-year program, our Associates will gain an understanding of RRD and the role that estimating and pricing play through hands-on experience and mentorship. The program will consist of four rotations which will prepare the participant for a successful and rewarding career in Estimating/Pricing. The rotations will be in our Commercial Print, Direct Mail, Packaging or Retail, and Contracts groups.
Associates graduate from the program in two years and ideally move into an Estimating/Pricing role on the team.

Qualifications- A Bachelors degree is required, preferably in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business.
- Good problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Experience with estimating costs, margins, or markups preferred.
- Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities and deadlines, with attention to detail and an
- Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
