Field Service Technician (VIRGINIA) - REMOTE WITH TRAVEL Description
Operational tasks include maintenance support for the Panamanian Suzuki Fleet of Motorcycles, technical assistance, and customer support in maintenance and operation of the fleet.
Responsibilities- Perform inspections and routine maintenance of the Panamanian Suzuki Fleet of Motorcycles.
- Troubleshoot and repair all Suzuki Motorcycle failures.
- Train inspectors, supervisors, and maintenance management as required.
- Provide verbal and written support/instruction effectively in both English and Spanish.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Language proficiency:
Level 3 English and Level 2 Latin American Spanish (US DoS language proficiency training). - US citizen, able to obtain and maintain a US Passport.
- Ability to travel extensively domestically and internationally unassisted.
- Valid US driver’s license or ability to obtain before arrival in country and comfortable driving in the US and Panama.
- 5+ years experience in technical support for Suzuki Motorcycles or similar equipment.
- 5+ years experience performing maintenance inspections and repairs on Suzuki Motorcycles.
- Capability to repair and/or replace components and subcomponents of the Suzuki Fleet.
- Role identified as key personnel to sustain the Suzuki Fleet and improve Border Security.
