This is a full-time on-site role for a Personal Trainer located in Warrenton, VA. The Person al Trainer will be responsible for designing and leading personalized fitness programs, conducting one-on-one personal training sessions, and group fitness classes. The role involves assessing client fitness levels, tracking progress, delivering guidance on nutrition, and creating effective exercise regimens tailored to individual client goals. Engaging with clients to motivate, support, and encourage their fitness journey is a key component of this role.
Qualifications- Expertise in Personal Training and Fitness Instruction
- Knowledge of Nutrition and ability to provide dietary guidance
- Ability to develop and lead effective Circuit Training and personalized exercise programs
- Skills in Sports Coaching and motivating clients to achieve their fitness objectives
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Relevant certification (e.g., NASM, ACE, NSCA) is preferred
- CPR/AED certification is required
- A passion for fitness and helping others achieve their health goals
