Express Lube Technician

Location: Warrenton, Virginia.

Sign‑on Bonus: $5,000 total – $2,500 after 90 days and $2,500 after 180 days.

Job Description: The Express Lube Technician is responsible for performing preventive maintenance services on heavy equipment at customer job sites and in shop as needed. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a shop service environment and possess a high school diploma or GED.

• Strong mechanical aptitude, capable of performing tasks at customer job sites with minimal supervision.
• Excellent driving record and valid Commercial Driver’s License or ability to obtain a CDL or DOT certification.
• Ability to operate a boom truck or equivalent, and use overhead and field service cranes.
• Proficient in operating a variety of equipment in the field and on customer job sites.
• Proficient with a computer, Microsoft Office, and service software, able to complete service reports and provide details for work orders.
• Must be willing to work overtime as required by job and customer demand.
• Comply with all safety and environmental requirements.
• Efficient use of supplies, minimizing waste.
• Extensive travel required throughout the year.

Must be able to lift, carry and maneuver items up to 70 pounds, including bulky objects. The role requires repeated reaching, standing, stooping, kneeling, bending and climbing beside, onto and under a variety of heavy equipment. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
