Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the healthcare location, including corridors, entrances, waiting areas, and exterior perimeter, noting unusual activity and/or hazards;
Monitor access points and visitor traffic as assigned, helping to deter unauthorized entry and/or disruptive behavior through presence and professional communication;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with site staff and/or first responders as directed;
Complete required reports and logs, including incident documentation, patrol activity notes, and any follow-up information needed by site leadership
