What You’ll Do
  • Provide nursing care to ensure resident needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies and procedures, and state, federal and local guidelines.
  • Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
  • Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
  • Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
  • Assist with resident comfort.
  • Collect samples and monitor catheters; provide wound care.
  • Keep resident patient information confidential, follow all policies and procedures, and adhere to federal, state, local requirements and professional standards.
  • Collect, track, maintain, and review patient medical history, charts, and physical condition (heart rate, blood pressure, temperature, respiration).
  • Help coach staff as necessary.
Requirements
  • Current LPN license in Virginia.
  • CPR/BLS certification (or willing to obtain).
  • Previous LTC or SNF experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
  • Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.

Salary/Wage Range - Compensation will depend on qualifications, skills, competencies and experience and may fall outside the range shown.
