White Springs Senior Living is looking for a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our dedicated team!

Location: 349 Legion Dr, Warrenton, VA 20186
Available

Shifts:

Full Time:

• 1st shift- 7am-3pm
• 2nd shift 3pm-11pm
• 3rd shift 11pm-7am

Part Time:

• 3rd shift 11pm-7am

PRN:

• Assist residents with daily living activities (ADLs) – bathing, dressing, mobility, toileting, etc.
• Help prepare residents for meals, snacks, and activities
• Provide assistance in the dining room – serving meals and clearing tables
• Respond promptly to resident emergency call system
• Observe, document, and report changes in resident condition to supervisors
• Communicate professionally with residents and families
• Maintain required care documentation per state regulations
• Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and room organization
• Help answer phones as needed

Who We’re Looking For

• CNA certification preferred
  , but PCA certification will also be accepted. ( No certification?
  We offer an in-house training program for applicants with relevant experience!)
• High School diploma or equivalent required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Experience in healthcare, hospitality, or service industries preferred
• CPR & First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Compassionate, professional, and dependable team player
