Job Summary:

Able Minds ABA is seeking a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in Warrenton, VA. As a BCBA, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality ABA therapy services to individuals with autism. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for clients with autism, in collaboration with our multidisciplinary team

• Conduct assessments, observations, and data collection to measure progress and inform treatment decisions

• Analyze data and provide recommendations for program development and improvement

• Collaborate with other BCBAs, Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analysts (BCaBAs), and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure consistent and effective treatment

• Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress and program modifications

• Participate in staff training and development activities to stay current with best practices in ABA therapy

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Psychology, or related field

• BCBA certification

• 1+ year of experience working with individuals with autism and ABA therapy

• Knowledge of ABA principles, theories, and methodologies

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
