More About Our Team The Villa is a 70+ bed assisted living community offerings residential and assisted living, 12-bed secured memory care, and short-term respite care solutions. At the heart of the Villa is a community of caring staff that provide dignified and compassionate support to each resident.
How You ll ContributeA Community Relations Coordinator who excels in this role:
- Is responsible for the management and administration of facility marketing and sales initiatives.
- Generates prospects for admission into assisted living or memory care.
- Oversees resident admissions process to ensure contractual and pre-admission paperwork is completed timely and accurately.
- Contacts and maintains relationships with hospital discharge planners, rehabilitation centers, and other appropriate sources within the primary market area to generate referrals. Plans, coordinates, and directs marketing events to promote services.
- Maintains occupancy and conducts facility tours. Provides residents, prospective residents, and families with information and services.

Applicants should have an Associate s degree.
- Bachelor s degree in marketing, communication, or related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of marketing experience in areas of increased responsibility is required.
- Previous relevant experience in Long Term Care or Healthcare field is preferred.
Fauquier Health is a 97-bed acute care hospital offering surgical services (including robotics), a 24-hour Emergency Department, extensive medical imaging capabilities, an Intensive Care Unit and much, much more. The Fauquier Health system offers patient care for a variety of specialty services including Orthopedics and Spine, a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and robotic-assisted surgery. The fourth floor of the hospital is devoted to our Family Birthing Center and Intermediate Care Nursery.
