Fauquier Health's Medical Imaging Department offers a full range of screening, diagnostic, and interventional imaging procedures using advanced technology. Our team plays a vital role in delivering high-quality, compassionate care across multiple departments, proudly supporting our 24/7 Emergency Department, Inpatient, and Outpatient Units.

An Ultrasound Technologist who excels in this role:

• Performs a variety of ultrasonography exams and procedures for the diagnosis of disease and injury in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice as requested by the physician.

What we're looking for - Applicants must be graduates of an Accredited Program in Diagnostic Sonography.

• Must be RDMS or RDMS within 12 months of hire (new grads have 18 months).
• Basic Life Support certification is required within 7 days of hire.
• 1+ year experience in sonography highly preferred.

Fauquier Health is a 97-bed acute care hospital offering surgical services (including robotics), a 24-hour Emergency Department, extensive medical imaging capabilities, an Intensive Care Unit and much, much more. The Fauquier Health system offers patient care for a variety of specialty services including Orthopedics and Spine, a Cardiac Catheterization Lab, and robotic-assisted surgery. The fourth floor of the hospital is devoted to our Family Birthing Center and Intermediate Care Nursery.
