The Clinical & Secretarial Services Technician performs patient care throughout the hospital under the direction of licensed personnel. The Clinical & Secretarial Services Technician performs specified technical tasks for the patient, as directed. The Clinical & Secretarial Services Technician also coordinates the activities of the department through communication, requisitioning and management of supplies and equipment, and performing general receptionist and clerical duties to facilitate efficient information flow for the staff, patient, and visitor.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience as a Certified Nurse Assistant, Clinical Services Technician, or other clinical position in a hospital setting.
• Current BLS.
• AHA Tele Online Course within 90 days of hire.
• Knowledge and skills related to accu checks, IV starts, foley catheters, sterile dressing changes, 12 lead EKG's.
• Knowledge of and familiarity with medical terminology.
