Fitness Specialist — Warrenton, VA

FOX Rehabilitation is seeking a top-caliber Fitness Specialist to join our growing team across the Warrenton/Gainesville/Haymarket/Manassas areas. Founded in 1998, FOX was the first private practice in the country to provide outpatient rehabilitation services in an in-home setting for older adults. We help patients restore the quality of life they deserve through evidence-based, proactive treatment.

• Prescribe and manage exercise programs to maintain functional levels after patient discharge.
• Receive support through leadership, clinical education, and an assigned Program Manager.
• Travel routinely to patient residences and between senior living communities; expand territory and travel as required by practice needs.

• Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or Exercise Physiology, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred:
  Certified Personal Trainer through a nationally recognized organization (ACSM, NSCA, NASM, ACE, ISSA).
• Willingness to become a Certified Personal Trainer if not already certified.
• Must hold CPR certification.
• Prior experience working with older adults in a proactive wellness setting is preferred.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
