About the Role: The Medical Technologist performs diagnostic testing on patient samples, analyzes results, and maintains laboratory quality and patient safety.

• Perform diagnostic tests on patient samples to assist physicians.
• Prepare and process samples according to standardized procedures.
• Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and automated systems.
• Analyze test results, verify accuracy, and document findings.
• Execute quality assurance activities and performance improvement initiatives.
• Maintain reliable attendance and perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Science or related field.
• Medical Technologist licensure via ASCP or AMT preferred.
• Experience in clinical laboratory operations, including blood and other specimen handling.
• Proficiency with laboratory equipment and information systems.
• Strong commitment to quality, safety, and patient care.
