• Minimum 18 months of recent, permanent Emergency Room nursing experience
• Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or compact state RN license
• Current certifications required at time of application
• Completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation

• Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in the Emergency Department
• Perform triage, assessments, and clinical interventions for diverse patient populations
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Accurately document patient care and maintain compliance with hospital policies
• Respond to emergency situations and deliver life-saving interventions
• Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and hospital protocols
