Job Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Med/Surg Tele role requiring night shifts and a current OH or compact RN license.

• Work in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit within a hospital setting
• Care for adult patients requiring medical-surgical and telemetry monitoring
• Night shifts consisting of three 12-hour shifts per week, from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other holiday shift required
• Assessment of ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate competency conducted during orientation
• Assignments at any Cleveland Clinic location cannot exceed 18 consecutive months
• A minimum six-month break is required before beginning a new assignment at any Cleveland Clinic location
• Electronic charting of hours is completed using Qualivis Lotus
• Traveler must work required holidays based on assignment schedule

• Active Ohio or compact RN license in hand
• Minimum of 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Acceptable scores required on ECG rhythm recognition and safe Medicate assessments during orientation
