Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced Med/Surg Tele RN for a night shift position requiring a valid OH or compact RN license and recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience.
Responsibilities- Work in a hospital Med/Surg Telemetry unit
- Night shifts, three 12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 7:30
- Med/Surg patients requiring telemetry monitoring
- Must work at least every other holiday
- Assignments at the health system cannot exceed 18 consecutive months with a 6-month break required before returning
- Med/Surg Tele RNs are required to use Qualivis – Lotus for submitting hours worked
- All new staff will complete ECG rhythm and safe Medicate assessments during orientation
- Active OH or compact RN license in hand
- Minimum 18 months of recent permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required
- AHA BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Must present two professional references for consideration
- Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safe Medicate assessment during orientation is required
