Overview

Regency Hospital – Critical Illness Recovery Hospital (LTACH).

Director of Quality Management role at Regency Hospital, a critical illness recovery hospital committed to providing world-class inpatient post-ICU services to chronic, critically ill patients who require extended healing and recovery. Our team aims to deliver compassionate, excellent care at every step and uphold the Select Medical Way: putting the patient first, improving quality of life in the community, developing new ideas, and doing what is right.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate all survey activities to assure the facility maintains accreditation, certification, and licensure.
  • Organize monthly interdisciplinary QAPI Team meetings with activities per QAPI Calendar.
  • Receive and review quarterly quality improvement reports.
  • Assist the Medical Director and Quality Program Director with development and implementation of medical staff quality improvement activities.
  • Lead the hospital team in the performance of RCA, at least annually, and for every level 3-4 incident, unless otherwise indicated.
  • Complete monthly quality-related data entry, analysis, and reporting.
  • Focus on the importance of employee training and education in the workplace.
  • Work with the leadership team to ensure reporting requirements are met.

As a leader for your facility, you will collaborate with your CEO, CNO, and Human Resources leader to tackle problems and enhance both the employee and patient experience.

Requirements
  • Registered Nurse with a valid state license. Legacy employees may exist with other clinical licensure.
  • Requires experience in at least one core area of responsibility:
    Quality, Survey Readiness, Risk Management, Infection Control, Employee Health and Education.
  • Familiarity with accrediting standards, including TJC and CARF (preferred).
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Nursing (preferred).
  • Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred.
