Customer Service Representative – $15/hr | Multiple Shifts | In-Office

Full-time | Monday – Friday | Shifts between 7:00 AM – 8:00 PM

Are you a people person who thrives in a fast-paced environment? Do you enjoy helping others and being part of a mission-driven team? We’re looking for friendly, reliable Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) to join our in-office team in Warrensville Heights.
As a CSR, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers needing transportation assistance. You’ll work closely with our management team and office staff to deliver excellent service and schedule transportation effectively and accurately.

• Answer incoming calls in a professional, timely manner
• Screen and transfer calls to appropriate team members
• Interview customers to determine transportation needs and eligibility
• Accurately input trip details and maintain up-to-date customer records
• Assign trips using scheduling software for maximum efficiency
• Document compliments, concerns, and feedback per procedure
• Create a respectful, supportive environment for customers and coworkers

• A professional and friendly phone manner
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Comfort working on a computer with scheduling software
• A team player attitude and commitment to excellent service
• No previous experience required—we provide training!

• $15/hour
