Customer Support Representative

Overview

Customer Support Representative — 1–3-month contract to hire. Base pay range provided by Insight Global: $18.00/yr - $22.00/yr. | $18-$22 per hr. | 5 days onsite in Ohio, Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm.

This role is a dual position designed to provide backup support to the customer service team while assisting with backend billing and administrative tasks. You’ll shadow a tenured Customer Service Representative and grow into a more senior role. This position is 5 days onsite Monday through Friday 7:30am-4:00pm or 8:00am-4:30pm.

• Assist with customer service inquiries via email and phone, supporting both the sales and service sides of the business.
• Manage order entry and help facilitate internal sales processes.
• Provide backup support for billing and invoicing tasks.
• Help coordinate administrative moves and updates related to customer accounts.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation across systems.
• Shadow and learn from a senior CSR to eventually take on more responsibility.

• Previous experience in customer service or administrative support.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Must be reliable and able to work 100% onsite.

• Experience in the manufacturing, fabrication, construction, or similar industry.
