Responsibilities

  • Serve as an information specialist and general point‑of‑contact for early college programs and services, including Innovation Track, domestic and international Dual Credit, Project Lead the Way, Missouri Innovation Campus, visiting and home‑schooled students, WeMET consortium, etc.
  • Provide administrative support to the Dual Credit Director and Coordinators.
  • Oversee teacher application process, including collection and verification of paperwork, maintaining electronic and paper records, routing requests, and coordinating onboarding with HR.
  • Supervise, hire, train, and mentor student employees and graduate assistants.
  • Support overall operations: apply procedures for student admission, enrollment, and withdrawal; verify eligibility; maintain and exchange records; track pilot programs, scholarship awards, and credit type adjustments; support document imaging and indexing; coordinate with the Registrar’s office for course and grade rollovers; assist faculty liaisons with site‑visit records; produce Argos reports; coordinate mass mailings, student billing, and communications.
Education
  • Associate’s degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communication, English, Business, or related field preferred.
Experience
  • Four years of office administrative or program support experience – required.
  • Knowledge of early college programs – preferred.

  • Voluntary Tax‑Sheltered Annuity (TSA) programs (403(b) and 457(b)) that allow eligible employees to make additional pre‑tax contributions to a retirement plan;
  • Employees can earn up to full tuition (15 credit hours) for themselves per academic year. Full‑time employees are also eligible for up to $175 towards non‑credit courses each fiscal year. Employees can earn up to full tuition for their dependents;
  • Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans that begin on the first of the month following your date of hire. Basic dental and vision insurance paid at 100% by the university;
  • Available Health and Dependent Flexible Spending Accounts;
