Student Employee - Aviation

Overview

Assist in the management of the daily office duties for the Department of Aviation.

• Manage the department's reception desk by assisting students and visitors.
• Answering a multi-line Cisco phone.
• Reporting building safety and repair issues to the OP.
• Assist Instructors with simulation exercises.
• Department demos.
• Assist OP with reconciling departmental records.
• Manage flight simulator database.
• Working with multiple departmental machines (fax, copier, shredder, multiple VR simulator stations, multiple flight simulator stations, projectors, and 3
  
  Dprinters).

• M-F from 8:00 a.m.
  
  - 5:00 p.m.

Full-time staff and 12-month faculty benefits-eligible position:
