Are you passionate about medical technology and ready to break into the fast-paced world of healthcare sales? We’re looking for a motivated and competitive Inside Sales Representative to support our partner’s urology portfolio, with a focus on laser technologies and single-use endoscopy solutions
.
This is a high-impact, entry-level sales role ideal for someone looking to launch a career in medical sales while learning the industry from the inside.
About the RoleThis role centers on selling cutting-edge urology products—particularly laser systems and disposable scopes—into Acute Care Facilities and related clinical settings. You’ll engage directly with urologists, clinical staff, and facility decision-makers to drive product adoption, deliver clinical support, and build long-term partnerships.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and develop new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and account profiling
- Build and manage a robust sales pipeline
- Conduct virtual product presentations and demonstrations for physicians and staff
- Partner with field reps to strategically support territory growth
- Coordinate clinical education calls
, product evaluations, and introductory programs - Assist with contracting and pricing discussions
, quote generation, and pipeline tracking - Lead post-sale efforts to ensure customer satisfaction and build lasting loyalty
You’ll enter a two-year development program that combines a base salary and commission structure with immersive, hands-on training in medical sales
. This includes structured sales methodology, territory management, clinical education, and field-based experience with seasoned mentors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, listening, and presentation skills. (Must have strong phone presence with a positive, outgoing personality)

Compensation: Commensurate with experience. Successful candidates will receive a salary, commission, professional sales training, and experience in medical sales. Sagamore offers comprehensive health, dental, and vision benefits, 401K and 15 Paid Days Off.
