Key Responsibilities:

* Engage in projects aimed at optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing waste, and improving overall efficiency.

* Work closely with teams in operations, engineering, administration, marketing, and sales to understand their processes and identify areas for improvement.

* Collect and analyze data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement within the manufacturing environment.

* Contribute to the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall business performance.

* Participate in Kaizen events and lean workshops to drive positive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

* Assist in documenting standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices to ensure consistency and knowledge transfer across teams.

Qualifications:

* Pursuing a degree in field such as Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, etc.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

* Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

* Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles is a plus.
