-00151 | Salary Range: $30K – $50K | Permanent Position with Benefits
Warren, Ohio area manufacturer of steel products seeks a Sales and Production Support Specialist who has experience scheduling and expediting rolled steel products.
Requirements- High School, GED, or higher level of education
- Schedule and expedite production orders
- Manage inside customer accounts
- Coordinate material release, shipping & invoicing
- Set up and review production orders
- Respond to customer inquiries and support requests
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure on‑time delivery
- Experience in the flat‑rolled steel industry preferred
- Strong background in customer service and sales support
- Excellent written, verbal, and computer skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a team‑based environment
- Manufacturing or industrial operations experience is a plus
Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
