Primary Duties
- Oversee day-to-day operations of field projects.
- Manage employees and subcontractors.
- Define project scope, purpose, and resource requirements.
- Ensure schedules align with client expectations.
- Conduct open box inspections to verify materials against drawings.
- Assess and manage safety hazards and site security.
- Develop and implement completion strategies and action plans.
- Prepare and file daily reports, photos, and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company and government regulations.
- Track contractor/employee attendance and timesheets.
- Motivate teams to deliver high-quality performance.
- Set and monitor project goals through completion.
- Communicate extra work order (EWO) opportunities to Project Manager.
- Mentor employees to support career growth.
- Secure local materials as needed to complete projects.
- Complete daily job site assessments (JSA).
- Maintain daily communication with I&C Project Management.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a scientific field required.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Construction Management preferred.
- Strong mechanical and electrical installation/troubleshooting aptitude.
- Familiarity with company products is a plus.
- OSHA-30 Certification (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
- CPR and First Aid Certification preferred.
- Extensive domestic travel required; occasional international travel.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CAD.
- Ability to read and interpret technical mechanical and electrical documents.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Proven leadership in fast-paced environments.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- High-level decision-making and analytical skills.
- Professional demeanor and attitude.
- High integrity and discretion with confidential data.
