Davies Risk Services is looking for independent contractors to perform insurance property inspections. This role offers supplemental income or full‑time work with flexible hours and workload.
Responsibilities- Survey residential and commercial properties.
- Take photographs of the property.
- Obtain property details and evaluate overall conditions.
- Submit an online report.
- Reliable car for travel to inspections.
- Microsoft Windows 10 or newer computer.
- Smartphone or digital camera.
- Reliable home internet connection.
- Basic computer and communication skills.
