- Education:
DME/BE (CATIA Must.)
Experience - 3-4 Years
Job Profile- CAD Skills – Part Modeling, Surface Modeling, Assembly design, drawing (prefer experience in injection molded products & other plastics for Automotive applications).
- Knowledge of GD & T. Design failure mode and effect analysis. Sketching, rendering and concept generation skills. Material selection and evaluation skills based on the application of the products.
- Product prototyping skills through mock up with suitable scaled models building. Reverse engineering skills for design and development of products.
- Knowledge in tool designing, manufacturing, maintenance and trouble shooting of all kinds of moulds, fixtures and gauges. Material knowledge of engineering plastics. Good Exposure to VAVE. Good Knowledge of APQP.
- Exposure to Automotive OEMs.
- Good Presentation & Communication Skills.
DME/BE (CATIA Must.)
