Dunham's Sports is one of the largest full‑line sporting goods chains in the U.S. Founded in 1937 as Dunham's Bait & Tackle, we now operate over 240 stores across 20 Midwest states from Maryland to Nebraska. We are looking for smiling, enthusiastic individuals with knowledge of sporting goods, merchandising skills, and the ability to provide our customers with an excellent level of service.

Operational, merchandising, and administrative functions within the store. Lead and train staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Manage store opening and closing procedures. Drive sales through customer service and report analysis.

• Minimum five years of retail managementтің experience
• Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal and communication skills
• Problem‑solving and analytical abilities
• Enthusiasm and initiative
• Ability to provide a high level of customer service and train staff accordingly
• Build enthusiasm within the store to create a positive work environment
• Preferred merchandise knowledge in apparel, field & stream, footwear, exercise, and general athletics
• Availability to work any hours the store is open
