* Ability to read, count, write, and follow recipes accurately
* Good mobility of fingers, hands, wrists, and elbows

* Working with steam, hot and cold foods, and ice
* Working with a wide variety of foods and ingredients
* Sufficient strength and agility to lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
* Good hearing, speaking, memory, math and visual skills while bending, reaching, and climbing stairs
* Working with all purpose cleaners and concentrated compounds such as acids, ammonia and caustics
