Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate nursing care for cardiovascular ICU patients, ensuring adherence to established policies and protocols.
- Assess patient conditions continuously, develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Delegate and supervise nursing staff and support personnel to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient care and educational interventions accurately and thoroughly.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to communicate patient status and care plans.
- Identify and address variances from patient goals, contributing to quality improvement initiatives.
- Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required.
- Previous cardiovascular ICU experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
