Job Description:

We're looking for an Assistant Marketing & Advertising Manager to help execute a bold, customer?first marketing strategy for a certified used vehicle program. This role supports day?to?day delivery of integrated campaigns across retail, CRM, and consumer website channels while collaborating with internal teams and partner agencies.

• Champion bold ideas while thinking from the customer's perspective
• Maintain a positive, innovative mindset and challenge conventional approaches
• Manage daily execution across retail, CRM, and consumer website channels
• Coordinate website activities in partnership with Digital Operations
• Collaborate with multiple external agencies on aligned marketing channels
• Work with creative teams to develop and produce marketing materials, including routing for approvals
• Coordinate with internal cross-functional partners to ensure process alignment and resource utilization
• Develop expertise in the used vehicle market, including consumer behavior, product, and competitive trends
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to advance used-vehicle marketing initiatives
• Support development and implementation of an integrated dealer retail strategy
• Collaborate with team members to drive broader marketing and advertising goals
• Track media and production budgets with precision and attention to detail

• Bachelor’s degree
• 5+ years in consumer marketing or advertising
• Strong project management and communication skills
• Ability to interpret marketing metrics and prioritize effectively
• Agency or automotive experience is a plus
