Sunday‑Thursday, 10:15 PM–6:15 AM
We are seeking a mid-level Production Supervisor to support operations within a Stellantis‑aligned manufacturing environment. This role oversees daily production activities for a single production line or designated area on one shift, with a strong emphasis on workforce leadership, standard work, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands‑on supervisory experience in a fast‑paced manufacturing setting, is comfortable working in a union environment, and excels at driving accountability, resolving bottlenecks, and improving throughput.

Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and hold production teams accountable
- Experience enforcing plant policies, safety rules, attendance standards, and performance expectations
- Strong communication skills with the ability to manage conflict and address performance issues
- Working knowledge of production scheduling, downtime tracking, and efficiency metrics
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work rotating shifts, extended hours, and Saturdays as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in a JIT (Just‑In‑Time) automotive sequencing environment
- Prior experience supporting Stellantis or similar OEM automotive operations
- Background in standardizing work processes and driving continuous improvement
- Experience reviewing production and operating reports to identify root causes and trends
- Supervise and direct daily activities of production team members to ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met
- Ensure compliance with collective bargaining agreements, plant rules, safety regulations, and company policies
- Monitor production operations to identify bottlenecks, resolve downtime issues, and improve overall flow
- Plan and prioritize production activities by reviewing production orders, specifications, and schedules
- Track performance metrics and review production and operating reports to minimize costs and prevent delays
- Inspect equipment and processes to ensure proper operation and optimal utilization
- Develop, maintain, and enforce standard operating procedures and work practices
- Coach, counsel, and train employees to build a fully qualified, quality‑focused workforce
- Promote and adhere to all Health, Safety & Environmental (HS&E) policies and procedures
Physical expectations and working conditions associated with the job may include standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods; lifting up to 25–50 lbs depending on role requirements; and working in a manufacturing environment with exposure to production equipment, noise, and varying temperatures.
