for leading automotive customers. We’re looking for an experienced
Diemaker
to join usand play a critical role in
building new tooling.

• Build, assemble, and fit Class A transfer dies for new tooling programs.
• Participate in die Tryout to ensure tooling meets dimensional and functional requirements.
• Implement Engineering changes and ensure accurate updates to dies throughout the process.
• Read and interpret blueprints, CAD data, and job orders to plan builds and modifications.
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and refine dies for optimal performance.
• Work closely with Engineering, Production, and Program Management to meet deadlines and quality standards.

• Tool & Die certification or completed apprenticeship preferred.
• 4–5 years of experience building and troubleshooting metal stamping dies.
• Strong understanding of die construction, fit, finish, and surface quality—especially for Class A panels.
• Proficiency in blueprint reading and precision measurement.
• Excellent mechanical problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.

Shifts will be assigned based on the seniority list in accordance with the collective bargaining unit agreement. Current opportunities will likely be on Night Shift.
