Goldkine is a licensed Class C Cultivation facility seeking passionate professionals skilled in cultivation. This role works alongside a crew led by the Lead Cultivator and Cultivation Manager. You must be skilled in both pre/post-harvest operations to ensure accuracy and efficiency and be comfortable working in a strictly regulated environment. RoleWe’re seeking a Cultivation/Propagation Technician who ensures proper documentation of all applicable activities in accordance with standards set by the State of Michigan. You will be committed to success to ensure we grow a team that aligns with our core values, operating with a compliance mindset and performing regular compliance checks to ensure plant waste is tracked, plants are properly tagged and accounted for, and all regulations are followed.

Responsibilities- Unloading and loading of materials, tools, and equipment
- Preparing cultivation rooms, materials, and tools
- Removing debris, garbage, and other materials from cultivation rooms
- Conduct plant maintenance throughout the growth cycle including defoliation, pruning, and transplanting
- Harvesting of cannabis plants
- Maintain quality control for the scope of work produced
- Use of ladders in compliance with OSHA rules and regulations
- Meet strict deadlines and guidelines
- Other duties assigned, including assisting other departments with harvesting, trimming, packaging, cleaning, and maintenance as needed
- Proven working experience
- Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds
- Visual acuity, depth, and color perception
- Ability to stand, squat, crawl, or twist
- Commitment to safety
- Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
- Integrity and ability to work independently
- Ability to be on your feet for 8 hours every day
- High school diploma or equivalent
