Our client, a leading organization in the customer service and operations sector, is seeking a Non-Technical Project Manager to join their team. As a Non-Technical Project Manager, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting international call center collaborations.

Pay Range: $55-$57 per hour
What’s the Job?- Serve as the primary liaison between US leadership and offshore call center operations in the Philippines.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on offshore team performance metrics to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Manage relationships with offshore team leads, providing strategic guidance and resources to optimize performance.
- Standardize workflows and communication protocols to enhance efficiency across regions.
- Deliver regular performance updates to executive stakeholders, translating data into actionable insights.
- 3–5+ years of Project Management experience, preferably within call centers, BPO, or international operations environments.
- Proven ability to collaborate with international teams, with experience working with teams in the Philippines being a significant advantage.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and KPIs for performance improvement.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to navigate cultural nuances and time zone differences.
- Demonstrated leadership skills working through influence and strategic guidance rather than direct reporting lines.
