• Work with GM IT, CCA Brand Leads, GM research, and other internal stakeholders and agencies to uphold world class and best practice standards while implementing projects that include shopping tools, websites, and other applications

The Business Strategy Project Manager has the responsibility for the successful delivery of business executed projects and programs within the Digital Marketing division.

• Leads projects to ensure they meet all scope, schedule, quality expectations through the project life cycle.

• Proactively identify project risks and issues and communicate project impacts to all stakeholders

• Coordinate with Internal Business teams and external agencies, vendors, partners to track and manage all project deliverables

• Create and present project status documentation for all levels of Business Owners and Executives

• Create and maintain all project deliverables; enforce adherence to Project Timelines

• Ability to connect teams of people to deliver upon identified digital business opportunities

• Integrate with the CCA brand advertising, media, and marketing teams (eg. ACDelco, Certified Service) to help execute marketing initiatives as well as provide them with our IT support, documenting requirements and digital expertise

• Monitor the Tire Finder tool and ensure Tire Data processing reports come back successfully, escalating any platform issues to IT

• Assist Parts Marketing team with any dealer locator issues and enhancements

• Perform routine site maintenance checks on our enthusiast website

• Support the migration of websites moving to other internal platforms

• Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress

• Use internal business site to obtain SSL (secure socket layer) certificates

• Perfect role for someone who is looking to be emersed in digital marketing

eCommerce Strategy/

Job Duties:



• Assist with execution of eCommerce Parts Promotions. Working with legal, finance and retail team to obtain necessary approvals.

• Conduct UAT testing including regression and smoke testing for existing features on parts eCommerce

• Research and identify industry market trends in the automotive eCommerce space

• Submit site enhancement ideas to members of leadership

Qualifications and

Education Requirements:



• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related

• Experience in/Knowledge of Digital Marketing

• Exceptional organizational and communication skills a must

• Self-starter with a drive for results; innovation

• Ability to prioritize tasks and efficiently manage multiple assignments

• Proficiency in MS Office applications - Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Outlook, One Note

• Experience adapting communications to client at various levels

• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to ever-changing timelines/client direction

• Extremely organized

• Proven ability to build and develop relationships with business owners and project stakeholders
