Talascend is currently seeking an IT Support Specialist for an opportunity in Warren, MI

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Handling the transition of cell phones from AT&T to Tellus and executing necessary tool-based methods for the transfer.
Helping troubleshoot error codes and learning how to resolve issues effectively.
Review various reports and dashboards to identify anomalies in expected processes and investigate any discrepancies.
Work with large file sizes (Excel, Notepad), reprocessing them through multiple tools and workflows to ensure successful completion.
Adapt to changing business needs, with potential for extended responsibilities as required.

QUALIFICATION:

Bachelor's degree in technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
2-4 years applicable experience required
SQL/Database language (SW Language understanding syntax basic coding skills). Python and JSON also helpful.
Familiar with looking at logs of systems, understanding of Call Flows/API Flows will assist in debugging issues.
Background in Cellular sales/provisioning (T-Mobile Kiosk).
