Position: Business Analyst 1
Talascend is currently seeking a Business Analyst 1 for a contract opportunity with our client in Warren, Michigan
.

Overview

The role involves ensuring effective pricing and availability of GM's propulsion products, supported by strong analytics. The team uses data to guide product strategy, improve dealer and customer outcomes, and drive profitable growth through cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Ensure alignment to selected title
• Work with supply chain and dealership, logistics and warehouse
• Participate in GM Contract Worker Shutdown days

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree preferred not required
• Automotive and/or manufacturing experience preferred

Requirements

• Advanced Excel ability
• Power BI dashboards
• Familiar with AI tools
• Travel requirements: worker will be driving a vehicle as part of the job function

Shift

8-4 flexible (core hours 9-3), remote possibility T/W/Th onsite & M/F remote
