Position OverviewPartify Inc. is a fast growing ecommerce automotive parts company committed to building smarter, more efficient operations and logistics. We're looking for a data professional who doesn’t just report numbers, but drives decisions with them. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights that drive strategic and operational decision making. You will partner with leadership to uncover trends, identify opportunities, and build scalable analytics systems that shape company strategy.

- Own company wide reporting and analytics infrastructure.
- Partner with leadership to define KPIs and performance metrics.
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and KPI reporting systems.
- Apply statistical methods, including multiple regression analysis, to identify performance drivers and improve forecast accuracy.
- Automate recurring reporting and forecasting workflows to improve efficiency.
- Ensure data integrity and governance standards.
- Support additional analytics initiatives as needed.
- Five years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, forecasting, or reporting roles.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (complex formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query, modeling) and SQL skills.
- Strong understanding of forecasting concepts and data visualization best practices.
- Proven experience building executive level dashboards.
- Ability to translate technical findings into clear business insights.
- Experience translating data into actionable business insights.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple departments.
