Salary Range: $45.50 - $49.08/ Hour on W2 Only

Schedule:
Hybrid ( On-site Tuesday–Thursday; Remote - Monday & Friday)

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:00 / 4:30 PM EST

The Data Analyst is responsible for supporting database systems, performing ETL development, conducting technical troubleshooting, and ensuring data-driven processes operate effectively. The role requires experience with relational databases, SQL, and at least one scripting language.

• Collaborate with management, technical teams, and stakeholders to define data requirements and implementation strategies.
• Design and maintain database structures, including logical and physical models.
• Develop, automate, and optimize large-scale ETL processes.
• Modify existing databases and support enhancements to database management systems.
• Test databases and applications, identify defects, and apply necessary fixes.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics supporting system performance.
• Document system workflows and data interactions across applications and services.
• Investigate system issues, assess end-to-end data flows, and provide root-cause analysis.
• Develop tools, scripts, or desktop applications to automate repetitive tasks.
• Resolve escalated technical cases and collaborate cross-functionally to improve customer or system performance.
• Prioritize work independently and complete tasks with minimal supervision.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• 2–4 years of professional experience (open to candidates with strong 1-year experience).
• Strong SQL experience (mandatory).
• Experience with database systems and data structures.
• Knowledge of ETL concepts and hands‑on ETL development.
• Proficiency with at least one scripting language (e.g., Python).
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical, and troubleshooting abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional partners.

• Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Background in case management, ticketing systems, or technical support.
• Experience in data analytics, service delivery, or issue resolution.
• Familiarity with cloud or big‑data tools (e.g., Databricks, PySpark, ELK, APIs).
• Experience with system performance analysis or application workflow documentation.
• Exposure to continuous improvement methods (Lean, Six Sigma).

• Primary responsibility includes resolving advanced technical cases, data issues, or service‑impacting problems.
• Daily volume ranges from approximately 10–20 cases depending on complexity.
• Includes one week of structured training and one month of supported transition.
• Work requires strong attention to detail and independent execution.
• Written process documentation and peer collaboration support the role.

• Hybrid schedule (on‑site certain days, remote on others) depending on company policy.
• Standard business‑hour workweek.
• May require flexibility based on business needs.
• Potential for contract extension based on performance.

• Video interview (approx. 30 minutes).
• Includes SQL‑based technical questions and scenario/problem‑solving discussions.
• Panel‑style interview with multiple team members.
