Good pay & benefits!!! The position is responsible for providing a safe, secure, and healthy environment for residents while working toward goals in person‑centered plans. Addresses the basic health, rights, privileges, and safety for all residents. Interacts closely with residents and provides direct care as needed. Works with and assists each resident to achieve individual goals. Transports residents to outings in the community, appointments, etc.

• Sets positive examples for residents at all times.
• Adheres to the person‑centered plans, and behavior plans as written for each resident.
• Provides opportunities throughout the day to help residents meet their goals.
• Provides quality of care and a safe and healthy setting free from harm while upholding the rights of all residents.
• Protects all residents from abuse and/or neglect and immediately reports any occurrence to appropriate entities.
• Maintains and protects the confidentiality of all residents.
• Follows and upholds all house guidelines.
• Prepares meals as necessary for residents based upon food specifications and diets.
• Completes required documentation before the end of shift, including progress notes, miscellaneous notes, daily support logs, event reports, incident reports, LOA forms, resident inventories, etc.
• Responsible for cleanliness of home site according to the assignment chart. (Inspection ready at all times.)
• Administers medications as needed.
• Hands off communication to next shift staff.
• Performs other duties as assigned or requested.
• Adheres to Integrated Living’s Core Values, Mission Statement, and Corporate Philosophies.

• MORC, WCLS, &/or TTI training is preferred but can be provided.
• Valid Michigan Driver’s License
