Flexible schedule
- Provide direct patient care in home health care under the supervision of a physical therapist.
- Implement treatment plans through exercises, manual therapy techniques, and education to help patients regain mobility and function following injury, illness, or surgery.
- Monitor patient progress and report findings to the supervising physical therapist.
- Conduct patient assessments, administer therapeutic modalities, instruct patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, and maintain detailed documentation of patient progress.
