Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

* Strong background in HIL testing and simulation environments.

* Experience with safety monitoring and performance benchmarking.

* Bachelor's degree in Robotics, Computer Engineering, or related field.

* Excellent analytical and documentation skills.

* Master's degree or PhD in Engineering, Robotics, or related field.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Design and implement test plans to validate AI models and robotic systems.

* Develop automated testing frameworks to ensure reliability and performance.

* Analyze test data to identify and resolve issues.

* Develop test frameworks including HIL and simulation-driven validation.

* Define performance metrics for intelligent robotic systems.

* Validate early prototypes with Robotics Intelligence.

* Benchmark AI models with AI & Simulation teams.

Base Salary Range : $100,000 to $130,000 Per Annum
